By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Definitions

“We,” “Our,” or “Us” refers to Agent Alliance Private Limited, operating under the brand name Bunndle.in.
“User,” “You,” or “Customer” refers to any individual or legal entity who uses or rents products through our website.
“Rental Products” refers to items offered for rent across categories including but not limited to electronics, furniture, home appliances, fitness equipment, medical equipment, photography & videography, agriculture equipment, construction equipment, infrastructure, and office equipment.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under Indian law to use our services. By registering or renting on Bunndle.in, you confirm your eligibility.

3. User Account

To rent products, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Rental Terms

Rentals are provided on a monthly, weekly, or custom duration basis as displayed on product listings.
You are responsible for maintaining the products in good condition during the rental period.
Rental begins on the date of delivery and ends on the scheduled return date unless extended in advance.
Late returns may incur penalties or additional rental fees.

5. Product Delivery & Pickup

We offer doorstep delivery and pickup of rental products to the location specified by you during checkout.
Delivery and pickup timelines are estimates and may be subject to delays beyond our control.
You must be present or have a designated person available at the time of delivery and pickup.

6. Security Deposit

Certain items may require a refundable security deposit, to be paid in advance.
The deposit is refunded after the return and inspection of the product, typically within 7–10 working days, provided no damage or misuse is found.

7. Usage and Care

Products must be used for the intended purpose and in a reasonable and safe manner.
Any damage, loss, or malfunction due to misuse or negligence will be charged to the user.
Minor wear and tear is acceptable, but intentional damage, theft, or loss will result in penalties or forfeiture of deposit.

8. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours before scheduled delivery with a full refund.
Cancellations after this period may incur charges or result in partial refunds.
Refunds for deposits or unused rental periods (in case of early returns) are processed within 7–10 working days.

9. Ownership

All rental products remain the sole property of Agent Alliance Private Limited. These products are leased and not sold. You acquire no ownership or rights to the products except for the right to use them during the rental term.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our products or website.
Our liability is limited to the rental amount paid by the customer for the affected transaction.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the Bunndle.in website—including text, images, logos, design, software, and branding—is the property of Agent Alliance Private Limited or its licensors. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to our interests or other users.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of UP, India.

15. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with the effective date. Continued use of the website after any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
