Refund and Returns Policy

At Bunndle.in, operated by Agent Alliance Private Limited, we strive to provide quality rental products and a smooth customer experience. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds and returns are processed.
By renting from our platform, you agree to the terms below.
1. Cancellation Policy
a. Before Delivery

Orders can be cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time.

A full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
b. Same-Day or Last-Minute Cancellations

Cancellations requested within 24 hours of delivery may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 20% of the rental amount.

Delivery charges, if already incurred, are non-refundable.
2. Refund Policy
a. Security Deposit

If a product requires a refundable security deposit, it will be returned to your original payment method after successful pickup and inspection.

The refund process may take 7–10 working days.

Deductions may be made for:

Damages

Missing accessories

Late returns

b. Rental Fee

Rental fees are non-refundable once the product is delivered and accepted.

In the case of early return, partial refunds may be considered only if pre-approved by our customer service team.

Refunds are not provided for unused rental periods unless caused by a fault on our end.
3. Product Return Conditions
Products are to be returned at the end of the rental period under the following conditions:

In clean and working condition

With all included accessories, cables, manuals, or packaging (if any)

Normal wear and tear is acceptable, but intentional damage, negligence, or loss will lead to penalties or forfeiture of the deposit
4. Return Pickup Policy

We arrange pickup of rented items on the agreed return date.

You must ensure someone is available to hand over the item. If the pickup fails due to your unavailability, a re-attempt fee may be charged.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective or non-functional product, notify us within 24 hours of delivery:

We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be processed.
Note: Damages reported after 24 hours will be considered post-delivery damage and may lead to additional charges.
