- Bunndle leases assets from Owners (Lessors) and rents to Clients (Lessees).
- Buyers can invest in rental income plans and earn fixed returns.
- Company retains legal ownership and control of all assets.
2. Eligibility
- Must be 18+ and legally able to enter into an agreement.
- Must complete KYC verification.
3. User Accounts
- Users must register an account.
- Responsible for maintaining account security.
- Must provide accurate and up-to-date information.
4. KYC & Documentation
- Mandatory for all users.
- Individuals: PAN and address proof (Aadhaar, DL, etc.).
- Establishments: PAN, COI, GST, MSME, or IEC.
5. Rental Plan & Payments
- Buyers receive rental as per plan.
- Rent credited between 5th–10th each month.
- 6-month lock-in on plans; early withdrawal not permitted.
- Buyers have no control or right of usage over assets.
6. Maintenance & Liability
- Company manages maintenance.
- Clients are liable for damages during usage.
- Company covers damage while in its possession.
- Heavy repairs due to faults borne by Owner.
- Assets must be fully insured.
7. Use of Funds
Used for asset acquisition, leasing, and maintenance.
8. Risk Disclosure
- Subject to market and asset performance risks.
- Returns not guaranteed.
- Depreciation applied to asset value annually.
- Not liable for repossession due to financing defaults.
- Not liable for Force Majeure losses.
9. Fraudulent Activity
Fake documents lead to account and agreement termination.
10. License and App Usage
- Limited, non-transferable license granted for App use.
